\nDe FAB5 serie onderscheid zich door de uitgebreide mogelijkheden om uw eigen configuratie samen te stellen. U heeft namelijk de keuze uit 5 ruggen en 9 armen, waarbij vast en draaibaar ook tot de mogelijkheden behoort.
\nDaarnaast kunt u kiezen voor RVS, zwart metaal of gestoffeerd als stijlbasis. Uiteraard is ook de keuze uit de vele soorten leer of stof die uw persoonlijk samengestelde relaxfauteuil compleet maakt.<\/p>\n

\nElke FAB5 fauteuil is leverbaar in 5 maten en naast de standaard maat (medium) zijn er de volgende maten:
\nExtra small (XS): zithoogte 3 cm lager en zitdiepte 4 cm minder diep
\nSmall (S): zithoogte 2 cm lager en zitdiepte 2 cm minder diep
\nLarge (L): zithoogte 2 cm hoger en zitdiepte 2 cm dieper

\nDe FAB5 serie is manueel of elektrisch verstelbaar. Bij de manuele versie gebeurt de verstelling van de rug door middel van een gasveer. De hendel om de gasveer te bedienen bevindt zich tussen de zit en de arm voorstaand links. De elektrische verstelling van de fauteuil gebeurt door middel van 2 motoren.<\/p>\n
\nBij de elektrisch verstelbare fauteuils worden rug en voetensteun, onafhankelijk van elkaar, bediend door 2 motoren. De elektriciteit voor de elektromotoren wordt geleverd door een accu.\u00a0M.u.v. de sta-op, deze wordt gevoed door middel van een trafo, een accu is tegen meerprijs leverbaar.\u00a0Een sta-op fauteuil wordt automatisch vergrendeld wanneer deze omhoog gaat, waardoor de fauteuil uit veiligheidsoverwegingen niet meer kan draaien.
\nDe bediening van het elektrisch verstelbare systeem met 2 motoren geschiedt door middel van tiptoetsbediening in het zijpaneel van de arm of (als er geen plaats is) aan de zijkant van de zitting.
\nDe bediening van de tiptoetsen zit voorstaand links gemonteerd, maar kan tegen meerprijs aan de ander zijde gemonteerd worden. De kleur van de tiptoetsen wordt aangepast aan de kleur de voet. Bij een vaste fauteuil 50 wordt een RVS bediening gemonteerd, tenzij u anders aangeeft.
\nBij alle modellen uit de FAB5 serie is een topswing gemonteerd in de rug. Hierbij kan het bovenste deel van de rugleuning, waar het hoofd tegen rust, (handmatig) van achter naar voor worden versteld waardoor het hoofd in elke positie aangenaam wordt ondersteund.<\/p>\nExtra opties<\/h3>\n
\nVoor wat meer druk onderin de rug van de fauteuil kunnen we een lendepomp plaatsen. Een lendepomp wordt opgepompt door middel van een blaasbalg aan een slang die verbonden is met een ballon in de rug van de fauteuil. De druk kan worden opgevoerd door meer lucht in de ballon te pompen of uit juist lucht te laten ontsnappen voor minder druk.<\/p>\n
\nHet kan zijn dat de bediening in de arm of zijpaneel niet gewenst is. Een andere optie is een bediening aan een snoer. Handig omdat er symbolen op de bedieningsunit zitten, men ziet beter hou de fauteuil bediend wordt. Dit kan worden toegepast bij alle Fabulous 5 fauteuils met of zonder sta-op. De handunit is opgeborgen in een zakje aan de zijkant van de fauteuil.<\/p>\n
\nEr bestaat de mogelijkheid om uitgaande van een bepaalde maat de zithoogte hoger te maken. Dat betekent dat de zitdiepte gelijk blijft en de zithoogte met bijvoorbeeld 2 cm extra wordt verhoogd.\u00a0 Een maximale extra verhoging is 6 cm.<\/p>\n
\nAlle bedieningen worden standaard voorstaand links gemonteerd. Het kan zijn dat de bediening aan de andere zijde gewenst is, dat is als optie mogelijk.<\/p>\n
\nElke Fabulous 5 fauteuil met 2 motoren wordt standaard geleverd met een accu. Een fauteuil met sta-op wordt standaard geleverd met een trafo. De accu is een zeer praktische oplossing omdat er dan geen draden door de kamer lopen. Uiteraard moet de accu wel naar gelang van het gebruik regelmatig worden opgeladen. Een trafo ipv een accu heeft als voordeel dast de fauteuil constant op het stroomnet is aangesloten, en dus nooit opgeladen te worden. Nadeel: altijd een stroomkabel door de kamer maar een prima functie als de fauteuil in de buurt van een stopcontact staat. De keus is aan u of u liever kiest voor een accu of respectievelijk voor een trafo.<\/p>\n

\nEach FAB5 recliner is available in 5 sizes, and in addition to the standard size (medium), the following sizes are available:<\/p>\n

\nThe FAB5 series can be adjusted manually or electrically. In the manual version, the backrest is adjusted using a gas spring. The lever to operate the gas spring is located between the seat and the armrest on the front left. The electric adjustment of the recliner is done using two motors.<\/p>\n
\nIn the electrically adjustable recliners, the backrest and footrest are controlled independently of each other by two motors. The electricity for the electric motors is supplied by a battery. The lift function recliner, however, is powered by a transformer, although a battery is available at an additional cost. A lift recliner is automatically locked when it is raised, which prevents the recliner from rotating for safety reasons.
\nThe electrically adjustable system with two motors is operated by touch buttons in the side panel of the armrest or, if there is no room, on the side of the seat.
\nThe control buttons are mounted on the front left but can be mounted on the other side at an additional cost. The color of the control buttons is matched to the color of the base. For a fixed recliner model 50, a stainless steel control is installed unless you specify otherwise.
\nAll models in the FAB5 series have a topswing installed in the backrest. This allows the upper part of the backrest, where the head rests, to be manually adjusted from back to front, providing comfortable support for the head in any position.<\/p>\nAdditional options<\/h3>\n
\nFor more support in the lower back, we can install a lumbar pump. A lumbar pump is inflated using a squeeze bulb connected to a tube with a balloon in the backrest of the recliner. The pressure can be increased by pumping more air into the balloon or decreased by letting air out for less pressure.<\/p>\n
\nIf control in the armrest or side panel is not desired, another option is a corded control. This is convenient because there are symbols on the control unit, making it easier to see how the recliner is operated. This option can be applied to all Fabulous 5 recliners, with or without the lift function. The hand unit is stored in a pouch on the side of the recliner.<\/p>\n
\nIt is possible to increase the seat height based on a particular size. This means that the seat depth remains the same, but the seat height is raised, for example, by an additional 2 cm. The maximum extra height increase is 6 cm.<\/p>\n
\nAll controls are standardly mounted on the front left. If control on the opposite side is desired, this is available as an option.<\/p>\n
\nEvery Fabulous 5 recliner with two motors comes standard with a battery. A lift recliner comes standard with a transformer. The battery is a very practical solution as it eliminates wires running across the room. However, depending on usage, the battery must be regularly charged. A transformer instead of a battery has the advantage of being constantly connected to the power grid and therefore never needs charging. The disadvantage is a power cable always running through the room, but it's a great option if the recliner is near a power outlet. The choice is yours whether you prefer a battery or a transformer.<\/p>\n
